FAQS and Terms & Conditions of Hire
Q. Do you supply safety mats?
A. Yes we do! Each inflatable comes with mats as required.
Q. How long do we get inflatables for?
A. Outside hires usually work on a 4 to 5 hour hire basis. Inside hires are usually for the duration of your party.
Q. How many kids do the castles hold?
A. Each inflatable holds a different number of children. We shall advise you when booking of how many children each inflatable holds.
Q. How much space do I need?
A. Our smallest castle needs a space of at least 14 feet square. Larger inflatables need a larger space.
Q. Are you insured?
A. Yes we hold £10 million public liability insurance.
Q. Do we need to pay a booking fee?
A. Yes, All bookings are subject to a £20 Non Refundable booking fee, this is to secure the items to you for your required date and times.
Q. What if it's raining?
A. We hire some inflatables with raincovers, but not all our inflatables have these.
Q. What if it is windy?
If strong winds are predicted by the MET Office we will unfortunately have to cancel outdoor bookings. By HSE guidelines the maximum wind GUSTS that inflatables are allowed to be hired out in is 22 MPH. This is the speed that small trees begin to sway.
We DO NOT hire out if we feel the weather is too inclement. We believe this is dangerous and can put childrens health and safety at risk.
Q. My garden is on a hill? Accessed by steps, difficult to gain access to. Can I hire a castle?
A. Inflatables are large heavy items. Please be aware when booking to take this into consideration. We also MUST be informed of any issue with access as this could prevent us from delivering on the day of your event.
Q. Do you hire out to adults?
A. Some inflatables are suitable and some aren't. Let us know what your requirements are and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Q. Do you have a safety sheet or instructions?
A Yes please read them. It is extremely important these conditions of hire are adhered to.
Q. Do you take card payments?
A. At the moment we can take paypal, cheque and cash only
Q. Are you available for community events etc?
A. Yes. prices are significantly different for public events. Please contact us via email or phone to discuss your requirements.
